I agree with sandra, If everybody within an organisation can follow the same formula, as opposed to concentrating on one task at time, productivity will increase which can only be a good thing.

I call Jott from my cell phone to leave reminders for myself and my husband. I also use it to transcribe short emails to friends. It saves me a huge amount of typing and ensures that I can stay in touch even when away from my computer.
